Hi Drake,
As explained to you via email, it is impossible for my plugin to mess up your website. It does not touch or edit any of your files, so simply deactivating the plugin is all you need to do. Maybe you simply have some caching in place that is making you still see the effects of my plugin that need clearing.
I am sorry you had a bad experience and feel you wasted 3 days trying to get it to work. I asked you again, via email, on at least 3 occasions to ask me what the issue is so I could help but you just kept telling me it isn’t intuitive and the docs are no good but wouldn’t actually tell me the issue so I couldn’t help further.
I would love to have helped you out and I took the time to respond to you via email and via my Pro Support forum but in no instance did you appear to want my help for whatever reason.
I am surprised by this review because each option is explained for you inside the plugins admin area, and while I admit the docs could be better, I am on hand for 24/7 support, and even stretched out more than an arm to help which you didn’t seem to want to utilise.
Good luck with the future and all the best.
Peter
Hey Drake,
I have taken your comments on board and you are right about the documentation.
The documentation is more of a list of options rather than a helpful or intuitive guide, which is why I have started putting together a Knowledgebase section on the site, which can be found below:
https://responsive.menu/knowledgebase/
I only started this yesterday after your review but I hope to add to it in the coming days and weeks. I also plan to add video tutorials to help with some of the more complex subjects.
I hope it will help you and others in the future once I have been able to write up a few articles.
All the best
Peter
