# Docs for the grid system

   the Storefront css grid is mentioned twice:
 * “..it also features a responsive layout, flexible, nestable grid system ..”
 * and
 * “Every Storefront element has been meticulously placed upon a flexible and robust
   CSS grid.”
 * Is this grid system documented somewhere?
    Looked in [https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/themes/storefront/](https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/themes/storefront/)
   but coud not find anything.

 * You can find the Grid System in the SCSS File **[Here](https://github.com/woocommerce/storefront/blob/master/assets/sass/woocommerce/woocommerce.scss)**.
   It starts on line 204.
 * I don’t like styling Tables. So, I’ve set up the Bootstrap Columns just so I 
   have some intuitive layout control for my non-shop/product/woo related pages.
 * I’m almost ready to strip out woo-commerce styling and migrate away from Storefront.
   They turn what should be basic css edits into a nightmare.
