 * Suddenly we get this message “Document not available for order #4611, try selecting
   a different order.” Does not work with ANY order.

 * This is not an error, but a notification regarding the document availability 
   for the selected order.
 * Are you maybe disabling specific order statuses under **WooCommerce > PDF Invoices
   > Documents > Invoice > Disable for**?
 * If so, please note that if the order has not reached an allowed status yet, that
   is, one that is not selected in that setting, the PDF invoices will be disabled.

 * Just in case, could you please check if the PDF Invoice document is activated,
   under **WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice**?
