# Document Sync Issues

 * Hi,
 * Great plugin and super valuable to what we are doing.
 * Using V1.2.6.
 * But the document sync hangs up a lot. We have 1672 docs and all have been preliminary
   uploaded on initial indexing and are searchable.
 * But to sync the docs it hangs, this time at 400 but it varies. No errors are 
   shown. On the times when it does complete, it does not update/populate any of
   the fields at ACS.
 * Can you shed any light on this?

 * Hi Jim, when you sync docs, the plugin needs that you stay in the manage settings
   page.. is it possible you have changed page?

 * Since my original post, it has operated inconsistently and I do stay on the snyc
   page.
 * While not conclusive, I think it is an ajax conflict with another process running
   periodically for WPAllExport.
 * If I can get more data for you I will.
