# Document upload

 * Hi 👋
 * I need customers to upload some documentation before their account can be approved
 * How can I choose only: PDF, TEXT, PNG as valid formats in the form field “File
   Upload”?
 * It seems like I only can chose those who are listed next to each other and not
   skip a format like .rar
 * Can someone please help as it is a huge disadvantage for customers.

 * Use the “Allowed File Types” control in the “File Upload” field settings to select
   file types you need: PDF, TEXT, PNG.
 * The “Allowed File Types” control is a standard multi-select element. Press **
   Ctrl** key and click an item to select/deselect it. The Macintosh equivalent 
   of the Windows **Ctrl** key is the **⌘** key.
