# Document View Window Broken??

 * Maybe I am just totally missing something but I cannot get the download/view 
   window to display. Instead it just opens up in the top left hand corner and will
   not move.
 * I want to buy the premium version if I can get the free version to work first…
 * Please help.

 * This could be a few things
 * 1. you are not using wp_head(); in your template
    2. you are using a template
   that converts lines to paragraphs and need to use the [raw] code. Please refer
   to the faq on that.

 * Thank you for the tips. It turns out that a plug in was breaking it.
 * I disabled everything one at at time and did some testing.
 * Thanks to the [raw] tags and disabled plugin I am up and running.
