 * Is there documentation for this theme? Need to know the size of the images and
   how to set up the Contributors template and translation.

 * Not at the moment, no. The maximum display width of the images is 900 pixels.
   You set up the Contributors template by creating a new page, finding the “Page
   Templates” dropdown in the “Page Attributes” box and selecting “Contributors 
   Template”.
