 * Hello, is there any documentation on this plugin? I’m looking all over and can’t
   find a link anywhere. No specific problems, I’m just trying to get an understanding
   of everything it does and how exactly to use it.

 * Yes – after installing and activation, you can see the documentation in the admin
   panel, under Settings -> Custom Content.

 * Very strange, when I do a VPN to the US East Coast I can see the content there,
   the place you are hosting that dynamic content must be blocked on my ISP for 
   some reason…

 * Interesting.. The documentation is all included in the plugin, so it doesn’t 
   get anything from external sources.
 * Could it be that something else is causing a JavaScript error? That would interfere
   with the pages displaying. You could check with the browser’s inspector.

 * Ahh, I think I found the reason. The CSS for the documentation was being cached
   by the browser. I changed it so that when it’s updated, the new CSS file is loaded.
   Please see the latest update.
