# Documents do not open

 * The site in question is on an intranet site so I cannot share a link.
 * Basically, I’ve installed the LogicalDOC plug-in, modified php.ini as required
   and I now get a document listing with links for each document. However, when 
   I click on a link I get a blank page.
 * What do I need to do to get the documents to open? Most, if not all of the documents
   are Microsoft Office documents (.xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx).
