Making a page

Hello, I’m trying to create a certain page (the theme is irrelevant because I don’t mind switching it to whatever works), in the page I’m trying to create, I want to put three pictures side by side, then connect a custom link to each one of them, and most important, I would like to have a big headline above each photo.

Basically to create a page with 3 pictures that each one takes you to a different page with titles.
Has anyone done that and can explain to me how to do it please?
