 * i wanted this same functionality and made some edits to the plugin files. i haven’t
   noticed any issues yet with these changes. Ultimately, i would like the additional
   capability to write data to the specific taxonomies associated with a custom 
   post type. (Right now, only Category is available, and that will not be relevant
   for some custom post types that might be chosen.)
 * i would also love to see this implemented in future releases.

 * i have edited the plugin to allow association of form fields with custom taxonomy
   terms. i’ll post the edits soon. Super excited to have this functionality!
