 * Question for you guys. Let’s say we have 4 seperate sales people, and I need 
   them to only access their customers and potential customers, but I want to be
   able to see everything that they are doing.
 * Can it do that?

 * As admin you can add users and assign them roles, the roles are:
 * Admin role (add and manage your CRM users) – i.e. you
    Customer Manager role –
   can manage all customers Invoice / Quote Manager role – can manage only invoices
   and quotes
 * Are you thinking / suggesting the following
 * user A – can only manage customers A,B and C
    user B – can only manage customers
   D,E and F
 * While you can manage A through to F
