 * looking for a paypal extension which supports the subscription check-out model.
 * do you know if this one works for this type of business ?
    Can we re-adjust the
   payment date from the subscription tab of the customer?

 * Subscriptions with automatic renewals are not supported by PayPal PLUS in general.
   
   Also, it seems that your shop is located in France but PayPal Plus only works
   for merchants with their registered office in Germany. You can find more information
