# Does not detect openIDs

 * The plugin installed fine, but when I tried to put [https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id](https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id)
   as the open Id, I got an error message saying “Error: Could not discover an OpenID
   identity server endpoint at the url: [https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id&#8221](https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id&#8221);
   the same oprnID url logs me to other open ID accounts.
 * I am not able to see any options to post comments using any open IDs either.
