Hi,

I used the shortcode to on my newly created form. But it just shows blank and does not show the form. Help?

I have the same problem. When i make a custom form it won’t show on de user page.

Hi @markreyes,

This issue can be due to some conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins.
Can you please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

Hi,

I tried the conflict test as advised. I noticed that it may have been in conflict with Webba Booking. Is there anyway I can both use your plugins?
