Made two people in the directory and went to show it on the website, but the names would not show. No picture, no name, no information, nada. I found the alphabet header modifier, added that and it showed the first letter of the last name of my two people, but would not show them. * The website is so impossible to find exactly how to fix this. It says all I have to do it input the [connections] shortcode. They lied. I most definitely did not lie. Why would I, there is nothing to gain. Why such hostile comment? * From the reviews I’m certain you noticed that most express their great satisfaction at the level of support they received. Why not take a moment and [ask for help](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/connections) instead of posting a negative review which has a substatial negative impact on others perception even if it is one of a very few negative reviews? * The reason it is “_impossible to find exactly how to fix this_” is because, well, it does not really happen. Trust me, if it were a common issue it would definitely be included in the documentation. That said, if a plugin had a common issue like this, then it would likely deserve such a low rating. In nearly all cases where your experience was even close to being similar to yours, the issue was virtually never Connections fault but a conflict and/or bug with the theme or another plugin. When a bug is found in Connections it is fixed very, very quickly as you’ll see from the [changelog](https://wordpress.org/plugins/connections/changelog/). Updates are released to Connections 2–3 times a month to address any bugs as well as adding new features and making tweaks based on feedback. How many plugins have you used that provide this level of service and support. If you experience mirrors mine and I’m certain it does, that list is very, very small. No plugin that provides this level of service and support deserves such a low rating, would you aggree? It ended up being a simple CSS conflict which was easily resolved.
