# Can't download but can FTP

 * The Export feature to file finishes and then it starts blinking to indicate it
   is ready. When I click it to download, the screen turn white and full of black
   diamonds. I just updated the version but the behavior is the same. Turns out 
   I just needed to download the file via FTP (wp-content/ai1wm-backups).
