 * Firstly, the minimal instructions are useless; especially without real-world 
   examples.
 * Secondly, after 13+ hours I think I’ve managed something but in the end the data
   is not being passed to GTW.
 * Thirdly, no support for the plugin from the developer (I don’t expect much for
   free but still) nor from Go To Meeting folks, and the only assistance I received
   was from Gravity Forms.
 * My recommendation is to skip this plugin.
