# Does not put tracking code on site – deletes conversion code

 * Hi I’ve been having strange problems with this plugin. I’m using woocommerce 
   2.1
 * When I activate the plugin, and start checking the boxes, and hit save, the result
   is the boxes do not check. They stay as they were. It also then removes all the
   scripts also from another plugin “WooCommerce Conversion Tracking”.
 * After checking the site, the plugin does not even put the tracking code. I tried
   removing other plugins but it does not fix it- the problem is with the enhanced
   woocommerce.
 * Can you please let me know how to debug this issue. I’d love to have it work.

    Newest woocommerce and WP version.

 * It seems strange that settings are not being saved, can you share the store details
   with us with this [quick form](https://docs.google.com/a/tatvic.com/forms/d/1GEhGxVxCrKM353aujlUMlVGBcMIQTI1JwpDH9WNs55M/viewform)
 * We are pretty sure that our plugin won’t delete or interfere with any other plugin
   behavior. Once you share the details, we will check for any conflicts that is
   resulting in the deletion of conversion codes.
