# Does not save metadata

 * I have some metadata in my code to add to the orders, but for some reason, sometimes
   if I generate it and sometimes not, does anyone have any idea what happens?
    
   Or some alternative to metadata that I can use?

   knowing a bit more about the extra data you’re trying to add or the code that
   you’re using 🙂

 * yes, I try before generating the order with ‘$ order-> payment_complete ($ reference);’
   
   generate metadata such as $ item_values-> add_meta_data (‘_EstatusEcommerce’,
   1, true); There are a total of 13 metadata that I try to generate, sometimes 
   it generates it and other times it does not generate it
