We have tried default (php: mail) and SMTP-Setup, does not help. BNFW > “Send test mail” do not deliver any mails nor log them (using Post SMTP + Log). One major question: i expect the button “send test mail” within BNFW > Notifications > Edit any notification to always send a mail to the email address assigned to the user currently logged in. To be, it sounds like something is preventing that email from being sent out outside of BNFW. I’ve created a new from scratch; and that works (test as well as regular triggered sending). My guess at this stage would be that something has changed the notification entry in the database, possibly another plugin that has appended data or removed data, and this has caused the post (notification) entry to become invalid in some way and fails silently when it should be sent out. * I’d be interested to see if there is a difference between the old entry in the database vs the new one in both the wp_posts and wp_postmeta tables, but appreciate this may be too much to ask you to send me. Please feel free to should you wish though. * Regardless, I’m pleased that you managed to find the issue and get the BNFW notification working again so that you can continue to use it.
