# Does not start

 * I’m in the process of setting up my story but when I click start on a laptop 
   or desktop the following story page does not appear. However on my mobile device
   it works perfectly.

 * Just took a look and the page does not seem to be loading for me at all.
 * Gives me a 404 error on both mobile and desktop.

 * Hey asifafzal,
 * Here is what I would do to check.
 * I would turn off all your other plugins just for a quick second and see if it
   resolves the issue.
 * I am willing to be it will.
 * Then turn em on one by one till it breaks again.
 * Then we will know the culprit and be able to advise from there.
