Right now I want users to purchase an online course on the website and have their name get synced up to a MailChimp list to get notified when the course is about to start. The issue they have is that often users change their mind with what they want and want to be moved from one list to another list. When I change a users’s order or try to refund it, it doesn’t take the person’s order off of MailChimp. So, instead of that user just being on one list, they are now on two lists and there doesn’t seem to be a way to modify that on the backend of MailChimp. Thoughts?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey there @curlyhost,

Thanks for your post. You are correct that modifying orders from WooCommerce to carry over to MailChimp is currently not possible. This is an issue that we are currently tracking for our developers are working to address. I don’t have a specific ETA on when to expect a resolution, though you can definitely keep an eye out for future updates to the plugin.

If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to follow up or create a new post. We’re glad to help.
