 * I was having a LOT of hits from Russia for my local business site. IQ Block country
   did not make a difference.

 * I totally agree. This didn’t block any of the Russia IP addresses that I’m also
   getting hit with (Jan, 2016) but it sure as heck slowed the sites down to a crawl.
