 * With Javascript enabled (Needed for multi file upload) there is no control over
   the amount of images a user can upload.
    Does not work in WP 3.5 All write permissions
   enabled but the images do not get uploaded. When the images fail to upload the
   post does not get added When the above fails there is no warning to the user.
   Before java was enabled a user could upload a single image. Once this was changed
   to java enabled all images then fail as does the post. When changing back the
   problem still persists and the whole form does not work. Needs some serious work
   to rectify all the above before it is used. Wait for next release if there is
   one to see if there is any progress.
 * Additional
    When you deactivate and remove (Including settings) It does not completely
   remove the scripts or the settings.
