    Just checked this feature – and it’s working correct for me. Maybe you
   can provide some more info? As a plugin developer I know how it hard to help 
   to resolve issues without any clarifications.

   with more detailed description of your issue?
    What information is required? –
   What country do you use to show/hide only? If it’s possible, make screenshot 
   with your popup main settings and provide link to a page on your website, where
   we can see that popup and test it.
 * If you already did it, please let me know your ticket ID, because unfortunately
   I can’t find it.
