 * Thanks for the plugin, but when clicking on the button in the visual editor, 
   nothing happens, and in HTML mode works. that probably with javascript. wordpress
   3.3.x. Please fix bug

 * I’m sorry, but it’s impossible. In WordPress 3.9 TinyMCE was updated and now 
   javascript in the plugin works only with new TinyMCE.
