Does not work for other users

It works for my role:Administrator wordpress user.

But If another WordPress user tries to use https://www.site-name.com/hidden-login/ he will see the login screen but after successful login in he gets redirected to https://www.site-name.com/wp-admin/ which then only shows “This has been disabled”

It works for the admin user:
1. Log in wit the URL “https://www.site-name.com/hidden-login/”
2. Get redirected to “https://www.site-name.com/wp-admin/” and see the WordPress Dashboard.
