# Does Not Work, No Documentation

 * I use a lot of different plugins and nothing is more frustrating than installing
   something with such promise and then having it literally not show up on a simple
   site. The widget does not display when it is installed. I cannot find the shortcode
   anywhere, which would take 5 minutes to layout in an example on a support page.
   And I see many support requests here that are 2 weeks to 3 weeks old and not 
   resolved. Not the sign of a plugin that could be used with any efficacy.

 * From all the free ones in the market, this is the best one I found to be working
   and I think everything of how to use it is quite clear.
 * You don’t expect a spectacular support for a plugin that somebody spent hours
   with, which you don’t pay for.
