I have separate Elementor and Blocksy environments, and both fail to load at the start (black screen when I choose “Create Slider”). I am getting a brief flash of an error message pointing to “undefined Slider templates”. Your website does not have access to Depicter’s assets server. No problem in the installation and bringing up the templates. The templates load and can be modified, and the resulting product (in my case, post sliders) work as expected. I know this has been a tough go, but I appreciate your work in getting this working.
