Can you please give us more details? Do you get error message when you try to update product via CSV? Also, is it possible to share the CSV file you are trying to import?

Thank you for the CSV file. When first uploaded products via CSV, did they show on your store properly? Is it possible to share your store URL?
I’ve noticed a few things in your file:
1) Product type is not defined – https://snipboard.io/7KJgQi.jpg. You’d need to set the type of product. Please look at the sample product CSV file here (https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/tree/master/sample-data)
2) text is not supported in Stock column – https://snipboard.io/2hl0Oj.jpg. it has to be numerical number.That being said, I recommend going over this documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/

So the type field is not filled, but I figured there was no need for that, because the goods of one type are there.One more thing I can suggest is deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and then import the file again to see if it works.
All plugins are disabled, except woocomerce, update is not happening.

Do you mean that the products are the same but the update is not happening?
On the first import, you should not have an IDs column because IDs are automatically generated in WooCommerce. After the first import, export the products to see their IDs. Then, make changes to the CSV file (but not to the ID column) and import it again to update existing products.

In that case, you only need the ID or SKU column and the columns with changes to update existing products.
Note that you can’t add new products and update existing products in the same import. You will need to do two separate imports – one for new products and another for updating existing products.

The problem is likely a result of the WP All Import or WP All Export plugins. These plugins are not supported here and are not compatible with the core import/export tool.
You’ll need to export only using the core exporter after these plugins are disabled and deleted. Once exported, you should have all of the columns assigned to each product with data in each row. Changes made to that CSV will change the products after importing.
However, you’ll need to review the documentation and example CSVs closely to ensure the proper steps are being taken with the core import/export tool:

In most cases the problem is a result of the exported file so please open a new support thread should you still have issues.
Thanks for the reply, but these plugins appeared to me after a month of trying to import goods with updates by a regular importer
