 * The Martinus URL is hardcoded as ‘http’: `http://partner.martinus.sk/banners...`
   in `martinus-pp.php`, which means that some browsers, such as FireFox, block 
   the banner because it’s “mixed content”.

 * Hi, thanks for report. Http was replaced with in https in new minor version (
   1.6.1), so it could work now. Thanks again 🙂
