 * Hi, I have created a popup and had tried to run this plugin with it. But when
   I click on “Calculate” Button, the result doesn’t show up. Please help me.

 * Hi, you can try the new version release. It improves the handling of button clicks
   and might possibly fix the issue with popups that you have been experiencing.
 * Please note that you can have only have one calculator form per page, even if
   it is in a hidden area (such as a pop-up).

 * Hi, your custom JavaScript code is preventing events originating inside the popup
   from propagating to the main document. You need to correct that in order to allow
   the script to handle clicks on the “Calculate” button.
