Does this Link plugin exist?

Hey fellow bloggers!

I’m in search for a plugin and I cannot figure out the proper term so I can search for it. Basically I’m looking for a plugin where users can add links to their website on a page of my blog by filling out a form. I’ll either then approve (it will be automatically added to the page) or disapprove of it (link will be deleted).

Does this type of plugin exist?
