 * Prior to implementing this plugin (and buying the pro version), can you confirm
   whether it will allow my client to add a percentage increase or decrease to ALL(
   or selected) product prices? Their items fluctuate regularly in price due to 
   the material costings.

 * Yes, Smart Manager plugin allow you to bulk update all product prices( like %
   increase or decrease).
 * Same functionality you can test using demo site on Store App site by simply clicking
   on this link,

 * Also, would like to inform you that bulk update functionality is only available
   in pro version of Smart Manager
