 * is it possible to create a form from the a Custom post type with this plugin ?
 * I would like my users to be able to enter a form on the front end and it creates
   a post or page of a custom post type that is visible on the back end admin page.

 * Indeed it works with any post type. You need to use the New Post Form and choose
   your post type under the post tab.
 * For editing posts, no action is required because the post type is already set.
