Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Could you record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me figure out the issue quickly.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Thank You
Hi @fizanzvai thanks for replying
I’ll try and do a loom today, but in the meantime here are two screenshots – the first one is just an attribute using the image with no other attributes.

The second one is after I’ve added an attribute with two additional variations (digital / physical) as a radio button – as you’ll see the images have been replaced with the name of the variation.

The variations all have the right images and as soon as I remove the radio attributes, the images on the image attributes return.
Hope that helps.
Hi,
If I understood, here is your scenario:
You have added variation images for each variation from the product edit page. These are displaying well as swatches when your variable product has only one attribute, and it is an image-type attribute.
When you are trying to add another attribute (such as – Size Radio-Type Attribute) to that variable product, the image attributes are missing. Instead of the image, it displays the name of the attribute term.
Yes, this is the default behavior of our standard/free version. Displaying the variation images as swatches for the multiple attributes is not available in our standard/free version.
I hope it clears up your confusion.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Thank You
Ah thank you for confirming, that’s a shame, but totally understand it’s only available on the pro version.
