It sounds as though something there could be removing your title section if this issue is only occurring when the plugin is active. * You may need to clear caches after temporarily removing Simple Hooks (it looks like you may be using a caching plugin + CloudFlare?). Only if I remove the entire plugin. Deleted the plugin, cleared cache, installed it all back again and turned it on with no code…same problem. * If I disable all other plugins, same thing, title area dissapears when simple hooks is turned on with all other plugins turned off.
