# Does your plugin support AVS checking?

 * Good morning.
 * We had an issue with some fraud orders coming in on our site. I was looking at
   the response codes and this is most likely the reason that’s happening.
 * **P = AVS not applicable for this transaction**
 * > _This response code is returned when address information is not checked against
   > the AVS system. Examples of this would be eCheck.Net® transactions, credits,
   > voids, prior auth capture transactions, capture only transactions, declines
   > and other transactions that do not include address checking._
 * Does your plugin not have the ability to do AVS checking with authorize.net? 
   Or is their a setting I am missing somewhere, thank you!

 * Hi there,
 * The plugin just relays the gateway response to WooCommerce in accordance with
   its payment system. Which means if the gateway declines a payment for an AVS 
   mismatch, the plugin will report a failed payment, and likewise for authorized
   payments.
 * However, you can setup AVS filter in your Authorize.Net account by navigating
   to Account -> Enhanced Address Verification Service page. From there you will
   be able to choose whether to allow, report, hold or decline payments based on
   various AVS factors.
