# Doesnt Capture

 * Hello,
   Im using this plugin on other websites, where it works flawless. But on
   the site i have mentioned, it doesnt seem to capture anything.Offcourse i have
   checked WP_CRON and that is working right. Also i have tried to disable cache
   plugins.Please can you check whats wrong?

 * Could you please check if tracking is enabled in the plugin configuration? Additionally,
   ensure that tracking is not disabled for specific user roles in the settings.
