# Doesn't connect

 * I receive this error message every time I try to connect the plugin:
 * {“result”:”error”,”response”:”an error occurred: token has expired”}

 * Thanks for posting. Our plugin developers are currently looking into and working
   on the connect issues some users have been experiencing. As soon as they get

 * My mailchimp plugin was working fine until today. The mailchimp settings said
   there was “no list assigned” to the signup form on my website. So I logged out
   of mailchimp and when I tried to connect again i get the following error:
 * {“result”:”error”,”response”:”an error occurred: token has expired”}
 * Can you please help me resolve. Thanks
