 * Hello, thanks for the plugin, I hope it will work and we will buy a subscription.
 * 1. But until it works, the site – [https://logoped-36.ru](https://logoped-36.ru)
 * There are no errors in the admin panel, the settings are as follows:
    [https://prnt.sc/24bumfb](https://prnt.sc/24bumfb)
   [https://prnt.sc/24bun0g](https://prnt.sc/24bun0g) [https://prnt.sc/24buo1o](https://prnt.sc/24buo1o)
 * Maybe you have some ideas on how to make the plugin work.
    Checked according
   to your instructions – all the pictures
 * 2. And another question, if you buy a pro version, then how do I understand the
   conversion will take place through your server? Maybe the plugin will work just
   like that.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fdoesnt-convert-plugin%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hello [@mrbogdan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mrbogdan/),
 * Thanks for your message.
 * 1. See [the plugin FAQ](https://wordpress.org/plugins/webp-converter-for-media/faq/)
   for information on how to check if a plugin is working properly. More specifically
   in the question _“How to check if plugin works?”_. Your screenshots are not working
   for me, I cannot view them.
 * 2. Converting images is done using my server, but the converted images are saved
   on your server.
 * Best,
    Mateusz

 * 1. [https://logoped-36.ru/kontakty/](https://logoped-36.ru/kontakty/) It is strange
   that screenshots do not open. Here is a link, for example, to the contacts page,
   there are 2 images of buildings. I did everything as in your FAQ image anyway
   оpg and png.

 * [@mrbogdan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mrbogdan/) From what I can see
   you are using the WebP Express plugin. I am not able to help in this matter.

 * I’m sorry. You haven’t answered for a while and I tested another plugin. Yours
   has now been returned. We get an interesting pattern.
 * On the main page of Googlespeed shows that there are no webp images, but for
   example, there are contacts on the page.
 * At the same time, webp images are not displayed on the contacts page as described
   in your faq

 * pagespeed somehow selectively shows what is a webp and what is not, maybe your
   plugin is not able to optimize their images inside elementor blocks?

 * [@mrbogdan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mrbogdan/) Using the default
   via .htaccess mode all images can be displayed in WebP.

 * Happened now by changing the setting to Pass Thru.
 * As I understand it, this means that I have problems on the server once in a while–.
   htaccess didn’t it work?

 * [@mrbogdan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mrbogdan/) The via .htaccess
   method should work fine all the time. However, you are using a different plugin
   now, so it’s hard to help you. I do not see a problem.
