Doesn’t display related posts

    Hi there,
    I have installed this plugin and made all settings clear and simple but it doesn’t display any related posts.
    Can you please help me understand why?

    This is usually the case if the fulltext index wasn’t created or is not supported by the table – could you please see this thread: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/crp-not-displaying-any-posts/#post-11910201

    Ajay I appreciate your answer and also read the thread you mentioned – but didn’t really get anything from it.
    Can you please instruct me what I should do in order to make it work? 🙂

    No problem.

    1. Please install Query Monitor – which is a plugin that lets you see the queries generated by your site including the plugin

    2. Browse to your post where you’re expecting to see the related posts

    3. Open up the query monitor queries – Hit the dropdown and select queries by Component and then choose Contextual Related Post in the Component drop-down. See if there are any errors and try to find the query that contains the “SELECT … MATCH .. ”
