Dry run doesnt work. Wet run does.

Dry run option does nothing. No results. Plugin creator not answering questions on his own support forum. I got annoyed and crashed and burned – ran the plugin without the dry run and it did effectively modify all my URL’s. So instead of 1 star ill give it 3 stars since it technically works, but there is zero support on the forums apparently, and dry run is obviously broken or has conflicts.
