Doesn’t load at all

I have just set up a new site got a new project api and inserted the widget on a page http://cerisesholistiques.com/test/ but it shows nothing at all, no error message, just nothing. I use the widget exactly for my own site http://bell-computing.com/contact-2/ where it works fine.

http://cerisesholistiques.com/test/ shows nothing. I have disabled all plugins tried twentyseventeen but still nothing. Any ideas what I have done wrong?
