# Doesn’t load onmobile device

 * Hi after installing this plugin when access via mobile device the page doesn’t
   load automatically until you touch the screen. How do I solve this issue?

   Thank you for
   bringing this issue to our attention.
 * Your website first loads a blank white screen and after a second it loads the
   content.
 * Will you please kindly check and deactivate the white pre-loader? It should solve
   your issue.

 * Hi Mane,
 * Kindly advise how to deactivate the white pre loader? My theme developer told
   me my website has no preloader. I tested with 10web however it still doesn’t 
   display the content if I didn’t touch the screen.
