 * Poor plugin, doesn’t work, and advertisements everywhere even after pro. Can’t
   even test product without buying as Lite doesn’t support ANY level of custom
   setup. Only way to test is to buy premium. Test result = fail. Waste of time
   now need to chase refund. Premium features like adding custom events is unintuitive
   and missing key information like on onclick events. Too time consuming to workout
   and use for such base requirements

 * Hi Sonicavatar,
 * Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that
   you had a less than satisfactory experience with our plugin. We strive to provide
   a seamless and valuable tool for all our users, and your feedback is important
   to us.
 * I’d like to address some of your concerns for the benefit of other users who
   may read this:
 * **Functionality**: Our plugin has been tested extensively and is used by thousands
   of satisfied users. If you encountered specific issues, we would appreciate more
   details so we can address them directly.
 * **Advertisements**: The free version of our plugin includes some promotional
   elements to support its development. However, the pro version is designed to
   be ad-free to ensure a smooth experience.
 * **Custom Setup**: While the Lite version offers basic features, it is intended
   to give users a taste of the plugin’s capabilities. Many users find it sufficient
   for basic setups, but more advanced features do require the premium version.
 * **Testing Before Buying**: We provide detailed documentation and support to help
   users make informed decisions. Additionally, we offer a refund policy to ensure
   customer satisfaction if the premium version does not meet expectations.
 * **Premium Features and Custom Events**: We apologize if you found the setup unintuitive.
   We are continuously improving our documentation and user interface to make it
   more user-friendly. Your feedback will help us in this effort.
 * We understand that not every tool fits everyone’s needs perfectly. If you have
   specific suggestions on how we can improve, we’d love to hear them. Our support
   team is also always ready to assist you with any setup or usage questions you
   might have.
 * Thank you again for your feedback. We are committed to improving and hope to
   better meet your needs in the future.
 * All the best.
