# Doesn’t respond

 * So basically this plugin has never worked for me. It simply doesn’t respond when
   I click to reset…and yeah I written “reset”

 * The only explanation for that is that some other plugin is causing a JavaScript
   error in your admin panel preventing WP Reset’s JavaScript from running. If that
   is the case, your Tools -> Site Health page would probably show some errors and/
   or not finish loading the tests. So you might want to look into that and try 
   disabling other plugins until you see things start working to identify which 
   one is causing the issue 😊
