# Doesn't send emails

 * Doesn’t send emails like it’s supposed to. They have all of this troubleshooting
   but none of it fixes anything. What makes it worse is they say “there may be 
   larger problem with your site”, when in actuality, I can use other form plugins
   without any problems. So it’s not your site, it’s their plugin.

 * First, I really appreciate that you tried the plugin, and am truly sorry that
   it doesn’t work for you.
 * I use the built in wp_mail() function in WordPress to send emails, Which means
   that if you get other mails from WordPress, it’s being sent the same way. The
   only other issue could be the way that the emails are structured, the content
   of the email, or receiving servers thinking its spam.
 * Sometimes things just simply just don’t work.
    We have a good few thousand sites
   that have no sending problems, and a handful of sites that just won’t have the
   email delivered, for whatever reason. This is a very difficult issue to even 
   begin to try to debug; the data pool is just so small.
 * My advice would be to try send in text format and not HTML. If that fails. I 
   highly recommend using a form builder that does work for you.
 * Ninja Forms is a great example and also free. However, be advised that if you
   look at their support forum you’ll notice the same amount of posts having sending
   issues, all with pretty much the same replies. As you will with most form builder
   plugins forums. There will always be a handful of sites that have some variation
   of just the wrong stuff happening that will cause emails to fail.
 * I truly appreciate you taking the time to review the plugin. I know that struggling
   to get a seemingly simple task to work, can create frustration.
