Doesn’t send out e-mails to customers

    Hello

    I am running a webshop and after I recently had it updated by a bureau, I found out that my customers no longer receive e-mails after a purchase.

    Is there anywhere I can fix it? I have looked around, but I can’t seem to find the problem.
